The Casino Slot Team Lead is a dynamic role within the Santa Clara Development Corporation, where you will lead a team of Slot Services Specialists to deliver exceptional customer experiences and optimize slot machine performance. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for motivating and guiding your team to achieve business objectives and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.
- Lead and motivate a team of Slot Services Specialists to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve team members' skills and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Security and Marketing, to identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze slot machine performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase revenue and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, providing insights to management to inform business decisions.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $70,000 - $80,000, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
