Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Lead Clinician to join our team. As a Lead Clinician, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations, administration, and management of our clinical services for Unaccompanied Children. You will design treatment protocols and plans, conduct assessments, and evaluate the program and services to ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures, licensing standards, and federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and crisis intervention services to Unaccompanied Children
  • Oversee the coordination, implementation, and evaluation of individual service plans
  • Review clinical services and programs to determine best practices and emerging trends
  • Monitor and evaluate clinical services and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies
  • Participate in facility quality improvement efforts, including UC progress and clinical outcomes
  • Serve as an advocate for UC care by recommending improvements and enhancements to treatment plans and services
  • Design and develop treatment protocols that advance UC care and apply consistency throughout the facility
  • Ensure UC treatment plans include clinical soundness, measurable objectives, and established policies and procedures
  • Provide emergency evaluation for UC in crisis and facilitate referral to more intensive levels of treatment or alternative solutions
  • Keep accurate quantitative data on services provided
  • Responsible for fostering a facility climate that condemns sexual abuse and provides resources and support to programs
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work or related field
  • 2 years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience or equivalent
  • Must be licensed to provide clinical services in the state where the care provider is located
  • Previous supervisory or management experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish based on service population and area
  • Ability to multi-task and accomplish multiple goals
