Job Summary

The Sales and Service Specialist is a hybrid role that combines customer service, sales, and basic vehicle service tasks. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and are eager to learn and grow with our company. As a Sales and Service Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment and develop your skills in customer service, sales, and vehicle service. You'll also have the chance to learn about store operations and contribute to the success of our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to customers
• Perform basic vehicle service tasks, including oil changes and tire rotations
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid automobile driver's license required
• Customer service and sales experience preferred
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
