Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Assembler responsible for the assembly of heated blankets. This role involves interpreting technical drawings, assembling components, and conducting quality inspections to ensure products meet established standards.

Key Responsibilities
As an Assembler, your duties will include:

  • Assembling heated blankets according to technical specifications.
  • Utilizing hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for component assembly.
  • Installing heating elements, sensors, and insulation materials.
  • Inspecting finished products for defects and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Conducting functional tests on heating elements and electronic components.
  • Reporting assembly issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
  • Following detailed assembly instructions and protocols.
  • Understanding and applying industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Maintaining accurate records of assembly processes and quality checks.
  • Completing production logs and necessary documentation.
  • Performing routine maintenance on assembly tools and equipment.
  • Keeping the work area clean and organized.
  • Collaborating with the production team to achieve daily and weekly production goals.
  • Effectively communicating with supervisors and team members regarding production status and issues.
  • Assisting in other areas when ahead of schedule and completing additional tasks as assigned by management.
