About the Role

The Automation Support Professional is a key member of our Diagnostics Division, responsible for providing technical support and customer experience to our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of instrumentation and automation, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and reagent issues
  • Implement and maintain the effectiveness of the quality system
  • Develop and execute training events to improve customer self-sufficiency
  • Coordinate order delivery and billing of products and services
  • Monitor inventory and replenish accordingly
  • Responsible for Service Contract Sales and revenue generation goals
Requirements
  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of relevant experience with instrumentation utilized in a laboratory environment
  • 2 years of experience interfacing with customers
