**Job Summary:**

The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide quality resident care and manage clinical and unit activities
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
* Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
* Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices

**Requirements:**

* Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Wisconsin (or ability to acquire WI license)
* Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
* Experience in Geriatric Nursing preferred
* Administrative or Charge Nurse experience preferred
