As a key member of our long term care nursing home, you will provide high-quality resident care and manage clinical and unit activities. **Job Summary:**

The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing quality care to residents, managing unit activities, and demonstrating personal and professional growth.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications and treatments
* Manage and coordinate clinical and unit activities
* Develop and implement individualized care plans
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives

**Requirements:**

* Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Wisconsin (or ability to acquire WI license)
* Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
* Experience in Geriatric Nursing preferred
* Administrative or Charge Nurse experience preferred
