**Job Description**
This exciting role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, digital-first environment where you'll use asynchronous text-based chat and synchronous video to provide high-quality primary care services. You will be part of our collaborative clinical care team, leveraging data, technology, and operational rigor to optimize patient outcomes. In this role, you will work closely with patients from diverse backgrounds, solving complex problems efficiently and effectively. Your excellent clinical judgment, combined with your ability to work independently and collaboratively, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
We seek candidates with 4+ years of clinical experience in complex care, chronic care management, or primary care, along with experience in digital-first healthcare. Familiarity with our current tech stack, including proprietary built clinician-patient platform, Google Suite, and Slack, is highly desired. Proficiency in English/Spanish (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding cultural nuances) for native Spanish speakers in a medical setting is also advantageous.
