About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Maintenance Technician to join our team in Georgia-Macon. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our aggregate production facilities.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the aggregate or construction industry, with a strong understanding of industrial tools and their maintenance. You will work closely with our operations team to identify and resolve equipment issues, prioritize safety, and optimize plant performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including screen changes, conveyor belt repair, and wear parts replacement.
  • Inspect and maintain plant equipment to ensure safe and reliable operations.
  • Monitor processes and materials to identify potential problems and ensure compliance.
  • Document and record service and lubrication reports to ensure preventative maintenance is up-to-date.
  • Assist with general physical activities, such as cleaning, washing, and sweeping materials.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in the aggregate or construction industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of general principles and practices of industrial maintenance, construction, or aggregate production preferred.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and extended hours depending on customer and company demands.
  • Ability to work outside in all types of weather conditions and tolerate loud noises.
