Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain overall cleanliness and order of the property.
  • Perform general upkeep tasks such as checking light fixtures, removing debris, watering plants, and managing waste disposal.
  • Arrange and clean indoor and outdoor furnishings and equipment.
  • Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment responsibly.
  • Ensure swimming areas are free of seaweed and debris.
  • Manage outdoor spaces including porches, walkways, and patios.
  • Water and care for plants, flowers, and lawns.
  • Assist with deliveries and supplies as needed.
  • Display appropriate flags as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness in locker rooms and dining areas.
  • Collaborate with team members and follow directions for tasks.
  • Complete any additional tasks as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Ability to fulfill the physical demands of the position.
  • Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for the duration of shifts.
  • Capable of lifting and/or pushing weights up to 50 pounds.
  • Proficient in using both electric and manual ground maintenance equipment.
  • Adaptable to varying indoor and outdoor weather conditions.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions as needed.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
