Overview

Hoffman Landscapes is seeking a skilled Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of outdoor spaces. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of a small team of staff performing routine maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, and fertilizing lawns.
  • Trim and prune trees, shrubs, and hedges to maintain a neat and well-manicured appearance.
  • Plant flowers, trees, and other plants according to landscape designs, and mulching as needed.
  • Remove weeds and unwanted plants to maintain the health and appearance of landscapes.
  • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in landscaping, with knowledge of landscaping techniques and ability to operate landscaping equipment such as walk-behind lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
