Job Overview:


Collaborate and integrate with the onsite healthcare professionals to manage a centralized command center aimed at addressing patient requirements effectively.

Oversee the allocation of beds and rooms to enhance the hospital's operational flow and ensure optimal patient care. Facilitate the processes of admission, discharge, and transfer for patients within designated areas.

Enhance bed turnover and throughput by assessing room availability and accessibility, ensuring that the quality of care remains at the highest standard.


Qualifications:

Required:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

3 to 5 years of prior experience in Med-Surg nursing, including proficiency in Electronic Medical Records.

Exceptional multitasking abilities.

Current and valid Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Iowa.

Preferred:
Experience with virtual technology platforms is advantageous.

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
