Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Financial Operations Manager to play a crucial role within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of two years of accounting experience in a non-profit setting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and execute all components of the bi-weekly payroll process.
2. Manage 401K enrollment processes.
3. Conduct account analysis and reconciliation.
4. Prepare monthly financial closings.
5. Generate financial statements.
6. Supervise leave database management.
7. Maintain accurate payroll records.
8. Assist in audit preparations.
9. Prepare and reconcile tax withholding reports.
10. Produce W-2 forms.
11. Contribute to annual budget preparation.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
- Familiarity with government regulations and tax laws relevant to non-profit organizations.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ADP and SAGE Intact Software is preferred.
