Compensation:
Salary range: $68,000 - $75,000 annually based on experience, with a potential bonus of 15%.

Work Schedule:
Sunday to Thursday, from 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
The Logistics Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing various operational activities and collaborating with the General Manager and Assistant Manager to develop strategies that align with both short-term and long-term goals.

Essential Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to provide constructive feedback

- Analyze and create Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet business needs
- Plan and coordinate operational start times and collaborate on staffing strategies
- Develop and mentor team members to achieve objectives and support professional growth
- Promote a safety-first culture, ensuring a compliant and secure working environment
- Collaborate with management to understand budgetary labor hours, safety compliance, and training needs.
