Groundskeeper

We are seeking a skilled Groundskeeper to join our team at Licking & Knox Goodwill. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and facilities at our campground, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain lawns and grounds using a variety of equipment, including riding mowers, string trimmers, and hedge trimmers.
• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and insecticides as needed to maintain a healthy and pest-free environment.
• Gather and dispose of litter and debris.
• Inspect facilities and equipment, scheduling repairs as needed.
• Perform repairs and maintenance, including plumbing and light electrical work.
• Properly maintain tools, supplies, and equipment in the work area.
• Assist with snow removal as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid Ohio driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Meet standard and specialized training requirements.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Stand for 4 hours with a break.
• Have the physical ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, twist, stoop, squat, and reach as required to complete the job.
