Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mixing Operator to join our team at Qualigence International. As a Mixing Operator, you will be responsible for operating industrial mixers, vacuum pumps, dust collectors, scales, and tank presses to convert raw materials into finished sealants and adhesives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate industrial mixers, vacuum pumps, dust collectors, scales, and tank presses to mix raw materials into finished products.
  • Read and follow batch sheets to ensure accurate mixing and production.
  • Locate, weigh, and add raw materials to mixing vessels according to specifications.
  • Clean and maintain mixing equipment and surrounding areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Properly label and record production data on a daily basis.
  • Collect lab samples of each batch for quality control purposes.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in a mixing background and the ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations.
  • Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions, such as SOPs, batch records, policies, and procedures.
