Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive wound care services to patients, including assessment, treatment, and education
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct wound care data conferences and participate in continuing education to stay up-to-date on best practices
  • Follow hospital policies and procedures, as well as care protocols and guidelines
Requirements
  • Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Registered Nurse licensure in North Carolina or compact state
  • BLS certification required; ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire
  • Completion of Healogics Wound Care Course within 6 months of employment
  • 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
