1. Familiarity with TIG welding
2. Able to pass a visual inspection of a weld sample; 1F1/4" plate fillet tack weld
3. Able to demonstrate basic blueprint reading, reading a tape measure, and calipers
4. Accurately report shop floor production data via computer and/or written reporting
5. Perform operator maintenance on equipment

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred and/or related work experience
• Able to obtain AWS Certification in all above welding areas
• Operation of small power tools, other hand tools, computerized, and high-pressure equipment
