Job Title: Production Manager

CHB Enterprises LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a crew of technicians and temps at each job site, ensuring maximum work productivity while minimizing production costs.
  • Direct production technicians on the plan of action for each water mitigation, mold remediation, or fire cleanup job.
  • Communicate clear expectations to production technicians and supervise their activities.
  • Oversee scheduling of jobs, resources, and crews, following Franchise production guidelines.
  • Responsible for managing the entire job site and completing required duties.
  • Scope the job, including a walk-through of the property to understand the scope of damage, identify affected areas, and assess required work.
  • Complete sketches, providing management with a drawing/illustration of the job site, including measurements and relevant data points.
  • Take pictures of affected areas before and after work is performed, creating a photo report for each job.
  • Create an estimate for each job and gather required insurance paperwork.
  • Manage job file documentation, job profitability, and efficiencies.
  • Enter and update relevant information into DryBook to capture the scope of the job.
  • Review all job paperwork to ensure staff is ready to do the job efficiently.
  • Communicate with adjusters to ensure all insurance requirements are met and documentation is provided.
  • Communicate with customers to ensure top-notch customer service.
  • Manage relationships with centers of influence, including property managers and adjusters.
  • Conduct job inspections and be able to sell a job.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience using DryBook, Dash, or similar software.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience using Xactimate or estimate writing.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in water mitigation, mold remediation, restoration, construction, and related industries.
  • IICRC certifications preferred.
  • High organization skills, including organizing crew's daily tasks.
  • Ability to write well and clearly, and speak professionally on the phone with insurance adjusters and companies.
  • Proactive and fully engaged with daily activities.
  • Effective written and oral communication.
  • Attention to detail.

  • Intermediate math skills.
  • Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
  • High school diploma/GED.
  • IICRC certifications preferred.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check and pass drug testing.
  • Must have a driver's license.

Job Type: Full-Time Temp-to-Permanent

Pay: $50-$70k Yearly Salary
