Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure policies are placed and client needs are met.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through consultative appointments and personalized customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and products to provide exceptional customer support.
- Utilize CRM systems and Google Suite to track progress and results.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
