About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Guest Environment Expert to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public spaces
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, responding to requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and efficient service delivery
