Process Engineer, CMP

Tower Semiconductor is seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer, CMP to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for sustaining, improving, and developing Chemical Mechanical Planarization processes in a volume manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Sustain and improve Chemical Mechanical Planarization processes to meet customer specifications
- Lead a team of experienced CMP process technicians to ensure 24/7 manufacturing operations
- Partner with operations, equipment engineering, and R&D to deliver products on time
- Interface with global counterparts to benchmark and improve processes company-wide
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry
- Proven leadership skills and ability to lead critical projects
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of lean six-sigma principles and SPC for process control
