**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Maintain Quality**: Ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
  • **Project Safety Management**: Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • **Short-term Scheduling**: Create and manage short-term schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • **Manpower and Equipment Resource Requirement Scheduling**: Plan and schedule the necessary manpower and equipment resources to meet project demands.
  • **Coordination of Permit and Regulatory Inspections**: Coordinate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all relevant permits and regulations.
  • **Project Set-up and Temporary Facilities**: Establish and manage temporary facilities and infrastructure to support project operations.
  • **Field Documents Control**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all project-related documents.
  • **Daily Reports**: Prepare and submit daily reports to management and stakeholders.
  • **Progress Photographs**: Document project progress through photographs and other visual means.
  • **Material Handling (Receiving & Inventory, Storage, Spare Parts)**: Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and spare parts.
  • **Layout**: Plan and execute the layout of projects to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • **Subcontract Coordination**: Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of work.
  • **Jobsite Hiring, when required**: Recruit and hire personnel as needed to support project operations.
  • **In-place Quantity Reporting**: Track and report on the quantity of materials and resources used on projects.
  • **As-Built Drawings**: Prepare and submit as-built drawings to document project completion.
  • **Participate in Post-construction Review**: Participate in post-construction reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • **Field Purchases**: Make purchases and procurements as needed to support project operations.
  • **Material Delivery Coordination**: Coordinate the delivery of materials and resources to project sites.
  • **Client and RPR Relations**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • **Time Sheets**: Manage and track time sheets for personnel working on projects.
  • **Small Tool Management**: Manage and maintain small tools and equipment.
  • **Knowledge of Contract Documents**: Understand and interpret contract documents to ensure compliance.
  • **Jobsite Security**: Ensure the security and integrity of project sites.

**Qualifications:**

  • **High School Diploma**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • **8+ years' experience**: 8+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • **Appropriate Supervisory Experience**: Proven experience in supervising personnel and managing projects.
  • **Eight years Commercial construction-related experience**: 8+ years of experience in commercial construction, including experience in project management and supervision.
  • **Presentation Experience**: Experience in presenting to clients, stakeholders, and other audiences.
  • **Computer Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • **Knowledge of Project Management Software (PMIS)**: Familiarity with project management software, including PMIS.
  • **Valid Driver License and ability to commute to job sites**: A valid driver's license and the ability to commute to job sites as needed.
