Job Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant to join their team in Century City, CA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Retrieve and process cash receipts, ensuring accurate application to accounts.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in cash receipts.
  • Process refunds or transfers of funds as needed.
  • Communicate with external parties regarding payment inquiries or issues.
  • Update customer accounts as necessary.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred.
  • 6 months to 1.5 years of accounting experience.
  • Prior experience in the entertainment industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with accounting software.
Compensation:

$22.00 to $25.00 per hour.
