About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mission Critical Design Leader to join our team at DLR Group. As a key member of our integrated design team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project document development and coordinating with project team members to maintain the quality of the work product within the established project schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design disciplines in developing technical solutions for large complex data center, emergency call centers, industrial, and manufacturing projects.
  • Partner directly with Market Sector leadership to ensure project financial health, quality of project documents, claim prevention, team collaboration, and communication.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to help them grow and develop in their careers.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and engineers to develop project documents and ensure adherence to practice standards.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience as a Project Architect working on Data Center, Industrial, Warehouse Distribution, and Office projects, with 5+ years working on 10+ MW data center buildings.
  • Proficient in the use of REVIT and CAD computer modeling and rendering software.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without needing a work visa or residency sponsorship.
  • The ability to travel occasionally to support project tasks.
  • Licensed Architect.
