- Conduct Patient Assessments and Establish Therapy Treatment Goals: Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals and objectives.
- Administer Individual and Group Therapy: Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, providing a safe and supportive environment for patients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
- Maintain Confidential Records: Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient observations, progress, and treatment plans.
- Evaluate Progress and Effectiveness: Regularly evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Team: Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to provide comprehensive care to patients.
Requirements:
- Applicable NY and/or CT License: Possess a valid LCSW license in New York or Connecticut, or be eligible for licensure in one of these states.
- Post-Graduate Experience: Two years of post-graduate experience in a mental health setting is preferred, but not required.
