The Specialized Dental Partners, a leading dental practice in the industry, is seeking a highly skilled Endodontic Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our lead partner doctor to develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and productive office culture.
- Provide training and coaching to the clinical team on clinical processes and preferences.
- Market and maintain existing referrals to drive business growth.
- Examine, diagnose, and treat the nerve and dental tissue of patients' teeth.
- Administer anesthetics and perform root canals and various endodontic surgeries.
- Address traumatic dental injuries and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
Requirements:
- Surgical experience is preferred.
- DDS or DMD with a completed certificate of Residency from an accredited Endodontic Residency Program.
