The Specialized Dental Partners team is seeking a highly skilled Endodontic Associate to join our practice in Laredo, TX. As a state-of-the-art endodontic practice, we offer a supportive and collaborative environment that fosters growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our lead partner doctor to set the tone in the office and build a positive office culture.
- Develop and implement clinical processes and preferences, providing training and coaching to the clinical team.
- Market to new and existing referrals, promoting our practice and services.
- Examine, diagnose, and treat nerve and dental tissue of patient teeth, administering anesthetics and performing root canals and endodontic surgeries.
- Stay up-to-date with new trends and advancements in endodontics.
- Surgical experience preferred.
- DDS or DMD with a completed certificate of residency from an accredited endodontic residency program.
