- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our unique and high-quality timepieces, including their features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Cultivate Client Relationships: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing personalized service, offering expert advice, and creating memorable experiences.
- Drive Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling our products.
- Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including product maintenance, repairs, and after-sales support.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and provide support.
- Client Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop existing client relationships, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-5 years of luxury retail sales experience, preferably in the timepiece or fine jewelry industry.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
