Job Title: Fiscal Officer

Paradise Christian School is seeking a highly skilled Fiscal Officer to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing multiple grants, preparing reimbursement, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple grants and ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Prepare reimbursement and process financial transactions
  • Procure goods and services while ensuring value for money
  • Assist with grant writing and develop financial plans
  • Monitor monthly reporting and ensure accurate financial data
  • Manage inventory and track in-kind donations
  • Attend training and meetings to stay up-to-date with financial regulations
  • Manage bids and bid processes, and track contracts and legal documents
Qualifications:
  • Must have a strong understanding of QuickBooks for not-for-profits
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with the Davis Bacon Act is a plus
