As a Home Health Companion, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Responsibilities:- Personal Care: Assist with daily living activities such as grooming, dressing, bathing, toileting, and incontinence management.
- Mobility and Transportation: Safely escort clients to appointments, errands, and social events, promoting independence and mobility.
- Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare nutritious meals for clients who require assistance due to age or medical conditions.
- Medication Management: Ensure accurate and timely administration of medications, preventing medication errors and mix-ups.
- Emotional Support: Provide emotional companionship, listening, and empathy to help clients cope with life's challenges.
- Companionship: Engage clients in conversation, encourage socialization, and facilitate participation in community activities.
- Household Management: Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Administrative Tasks: Schedule appointments, pick up prescriptions, remind clients of important events, and communicate with healthcare professionals as needed.
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in caregiving or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
