Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee daily snow removal operations and mechanical street sweeping at Logan International Airport. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, safety, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily snow removal operations and street sweeping in warmer months.
  • Develop and implement safety and training programs for operators.
  • Manage department budgets and ensure vendor compliance.
  • Provide clear direction to the team and assess service delivery.
  • Work with the sales team on municipal bids and coordinate RFPs for street sweeping contracts.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of snow removal or construction experience.
  • 2+ years in a management role, leading teams and projects.
  • Airport experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Scheduling and dispatch experience.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
