We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza - Quincy (2918). As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of store employees and ensuring the smooth operation of the store during your shift.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of store employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Manage store operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and customer relations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including food safety and quality standards.
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and cash handling procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a retail or food service environment preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
