Job Title: LPN - Home Health Nurse

Bios Group is seeking a skilled LPN to join our team as a Home Health Nurse. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, under the direction of a registered nurse.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing patient care or service within the established plan of treatment.
  • Adhere to the standards of nursing care and the policies and procedures of the agency and health services department.
  • Record and appropriately report all observed symptoms, reactions, treatments, and changes in the individual's condition to the supervising RN.
  • Confer with other healthcare services and residential team members and participate in team meetings to facilitate coordination of the individual's care.
  • Implement planned interventions to meet physical, psychological, and social/environmental needs.
  • Maintain individual confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
  • Licensed as a vocational nurse under the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
  • Current license, a TB test or chest X-Ray demonstrating negative results, and current CPR certification.
  • Vaccinated.
