About the Role

Cowboy Chicken is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting our signature rotisserie chicken and other menu items to meet the high standards of our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute cold and hot food preparation according to our guidelines.
  • Review recipes and assemble, combine, and cook ingredients to meet our quality standards.
  • Adhere to proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of cooking equipment, food storage, and work areas.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure smooth operation of food preparation and presentation.
Requirements
  • 5 years of restaurant experience preferred.
  • High school degree or equivalent preferred, but not required.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work weekends and holidays.
