We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in overseeing mission critical/data center construction projects from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Identify and address potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular project updates and addressing their concerns.
- Lead a team of project professionals, including project engineers and coordinators.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction or similar field.
- 10-15+ years of experience with a general contractor.
- Experience in ground up mission critical/data center work required.
- Design-Build experience is a plus.
- Prior experience in client-facing roles.
- Organized and effective communicator.
Salary and Benefits:
