Your Role and Responsibilities:

As an ERP Implementation Management Consultant, you will play a crucial role in steering clients through the effective deployment of their new software, adhering to EAG's established methodologies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and presenting clear, concise project deliverables.
  • Overseeing project tasks, including risk identification and mitigation, status reporting, and budget management.
  • Maintaining project timelines and ensuring completion of action items.
  • Building strong relationships among clients, vendors, and the EAG project team.
  • Leading meetings with client stakeholders and vendor representatives.
  • Identifying potential risks and collaborating with project leads to address them.
  • Occasional travel to client locations.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of consulting experience in professional services or a similar field.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in managing ERP software implementations across various industries.
  • Familiarity with popular software solutions such as NetSuite, Microsoft, and SAP.
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with project management tools is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
