Job Overview: The Product Detail Page (PDP) Manager will be responsible for directing the creation and implementation of content and marketing strategies aimed at enhancing engagement with our Product Detail Pages. This role entails leading a team of content specialists, liaising with various departments, and partnering with external collaborators to produce compelling product detail page experiences that boost cart additions, revenue, website traffic, and search engine ranking.

Primary Responsibilities:

Formulate and execute plans to establish tiered PDP strategies and service level agreements (SLAs) that cater to current and prospective customer requirements based on product categories or distinctive features. Supervise a team of content and photography experts to guarantee the successful execution of initiatives and adherence to production SLAs. Work closely with product management, user experience design teams, search engine optimization, and web teams to ensure product pages are optimized for site performance, conversion rates, and user satisfaction. Assess and analyze performance metrics for tiered product pages, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing enhancement. Collaborate with branding teams, vendors, and merchants to streamline workflows, establish standards for agility, enhance SLAs, and ultimately achieve superior execution. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and refine the function's output.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, particularly in digital marketing, e-commerce, or product marketing. Proven experience in team management and leading cross-departmental projects. Strong analytical capabilities and familiarity with web analytics tools. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across various teams and with external partners. Creative problem-solving abilities with a strong emphasis on achieving results. Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This role demands a commitment to execution, process excellence, and a strong focus on customer experience, alongside the ability to lead and manage a team of professionals.
