Role Overview: As a Crew Supervisor at Lewis, you will:
- Oversee daily production goals for assigned teams.
- Provide accurate payroll and revenue data to the General Foreman.
- Enforce company and client policies, procedures, and work standards.
- Support Crew Leaders in achieving operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and ANSI safety standards.
- Assist in equipment maintenance and scheduling.
- Help with project bidding processes.
- Secure necessary permissions for work commencement.
- Liaise with local authorities to facilitate work operations.
- Address customer or homeowner concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain daily communication with the General Foreman regarding crew activities and any issues.
- Conduct yourself in alignment with the company's mission and values.
Qualifications:
- At least two years of experience as a Crew Leader or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must meet all Crew Leader qualifications.
- Professional appearance and grooming.
- Willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
- Ability to obtain necessary certifications, including Herbicide Applicators or Operators Certification and ISA certification.
- Flexibility in working hours beyond typical Crew Leader expectations.
- Proficiency in computer usage and map reading.
- Physical capability to navigate utility lines.
- Valid driver's license and necessary certifications for vehicle operation.
- Ability to obtain First Aid and CPR certifications.
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and skills assessments.
