We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at LC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading kitchen management operations and enhancing the performance of our bar and restaurant locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Direct Kitchen Staff: Manage and direct assistant kitchen managers, lead cooks, and line cooks to ensure internal food safety standards and health regulations are met.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and audit inventory, control cost of goods, and follow up on assigned reports in the restaurant.
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Manage and assist with food prep and cooking to recipe specifications.
  • Recruiting and Staffing: Actively engage in recruiting efforts for the restaurant, including assisting with staffing during periods of turnover and high-volume events.
  • Service Area Management: Ensure service areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen and bar, meet or exceed internal standards at all times.
  • Financial Objectives: Meet financial objectives and increase sales and customer base.
  • Development Planning: Contribute to preparing development plans for direct reports, including scheduling of meetings and check-ins.
  • Communication: Maintain regular communication with staff and leadership.
  • Food Safety: Ensure that all applicable food safety standards, both internal and external, are met.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience leading bar or restaurant kitchen operations required.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills and ability to multitask, maintain a sense of urgency at all times, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and team player with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
