Configuration Analyst Level II

NTT DATA Services is seeking a skilled Configuration Analyst Level II to join our team for a temporary Remote position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, configuring, testing, implementing, and supporting Facets software configuration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and technical knowledge of systems to design and configure Facets software.
  • Work with relational databases and SQL scripting to implement and support software configuration.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration and support of software configuration.
Requirements:
  • Five years of experience working with business systems, business analysis, or information systems, preferably in a healthcare setting with one year of technical experience with Facets as a configuration, business, or project analyst.
  • Seven years of experience in healthcare, business analysis, or information systems.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relational database concepts and ability to create and modify SQL scripts.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with relational databases and data models.
  • Ability to design basic SQL queries.
  • Experience in a configuration analyst role.
