Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at AppleOne. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat. They will troubleshoot product or service issues, offer effective solutions, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software (CRM experience is a plus)
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as major medical, dental, vision, 401k, and statutory sick pay where required. We are committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities.
