The Vice President will be responsible for managing our existing multifamily assets, including financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis. They will also oversee relationships with our affiliates and operating partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presents key performance indicators to senior leadership, providing strategic recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Develops high-level leasing and marketing strategies for our multifamily portfolio, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective initiatives.
  • Works closely with deal teams during the valuation process, maintaining a macro perspective on multifamily markets and providing sector recommendations to investment teams and executive management.
  • Provides strategic oversight of ground-up development projects, ensuring they meet our quality and service standards.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is required.
  • Over 10 years of experience in real estate asset management or portfolio management is essential.
