  • Transaction Leadership: Oversee large-scale industrial and IOS real estate deals, ensuring successful sourcing, negotiation, and execution.
  • Capital Raising: Collaborate with investors to secure funding for acquisition efforts and support portfolio growth.
  • Market Strategy: Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to expand the industrial portfolio.
  • Deal Structuring: Negotiate complex agreements, including purchase contracts and financing arrangements, to optimize returns on investment.
  • Due Diligence: Conduct thorough financial analysis, property evaluations, and due diligence to inform sound investment decisions.
  • Financial Analysis & Modeling: Develop comprehensive property cash flow projections using Excel, leveraging expertise in credit underwriting and financial statement analysis.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with industrial tenants, brokers, developers, and financial institutions to source deals and strengthen partnerships.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide leadership with transaction updates, market insights, and performance metrics for the existing portfolio.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, such as legal, finance, and asset management, to ensure seamless transaction execution and portfolio optimization.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in real estate transactions, with a focus on the industrial sector, and a proven track record of leading complex deals and securing capital.
  • Skills: Strong financial modeling skills (Excel, Argus), proficiency in real estate platforms (CoStar, REIS, RCA, Trepp), excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Network: Established industry connections with brokers, investors, and tenants.
  • Mindset: Strategic thinker with a long-term investment perspective, ethical decision-making, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to mentor and develop junior professionals, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, or a related field is required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
