We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef Manager to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our kitchen operations, ensuring that we deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service.

As a Chef Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing a team of kitchen staff, including training and development
• Developing and implementing menus and recipes to meet customer needs and preferences
• Ensuring that all food safety and sanitation protocols are followed
• Managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring that we are operating within budget
• Coordinating special events and catering services

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about food, customer service, and teamwork. If you have a strong background in culinary arts and management, and a proven track record of success in a similar role, we encourage you to apply.

• 2-3 years of experience in a related position
• 2-3 years of post-high school education or equivalent experience
• Culinary degree preferred
• Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food profession
• Experiential knowledge of management of people and/or problems
• Oral, reading and written communication skills
