Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Chef Manager to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading kitchen operations, developing menus, and ensuring exceptional food quality and safety.

Responsibilities

* Train and manage kitchen personnel to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
* Estimate food consumption and requisition or purchase food to meet customer demands
* Develop and implement menu plans to meet customer preferences and dietary needs
* Ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance, and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
* Oversee special catering events and provide culinary instruction and demonstrations as needed

Requirements

* 2-3 years of experience in a related position
* 2-3 years of post-high school education or equivalent experience
* Culinary degree preferred
* Advanced knowledge of food preparation and presentation
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
