Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team at ALLRED Heating, Cooling, Air Quality. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing residential heating and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
  • Recruit, train, and supervise new technicians to improve their skills
  • Oversee emergency maintenance requests
  • Remotely help technicians diagnose issues
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Make our customers happy
Requirements:
  • Top HVAC skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Always on-time, professional, and coachable
  • Pass background and drug screen
  • Great attitude
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Must have an active 068 license
  • Must have EPA certification
  • Seattle refrigeration license is a plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
