Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Site Supervisor - Virtual Health Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our virtual health center, supervising staff, and delivering high-quality patient care and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage virtual health center staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff to ensure high-quality patient care and excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with regional lead practice manager and virtual health leadership team to evaluate and improve healthcare services.
  • Develop and manage operating and capital budgets within the center.
  • Lead efforts to achieve established key performance indicators and annual performance goals.
  • Practice and promote a patient-centered approach to the delivery of services.
  • Serve as liaison with community organizations and participate in administrative meetings and community meetings as assigned.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years' experience in healthcare directly with patients required.
  • At least 2 years' management experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Electronic Medical Records, and Payment Processing Systems.
  • Commitment to the Ethos, Values, and Service Standards of Planned Parenthood.
