The Workplace Experience Hospitality Consultant Role

The Workplace Hospitality Consultant is a critical business driver behind MassMutual's experience and culture. This role reports directly to the Head of Campus Workplace Experience and is responsible for enterprise-wide operations that foster culture, employee engagement, and satisfaction, as well as brand awareness. Key areas of oversight include supervision of food service vendors and external partners.

The Impact
• Drives employee satisfaction and desired financial results through focused operations team efforts.
• Reviews financial reports and statements to determine how Operations is performing against budget and how to maximize and enhance financial impact.
• Establishes a vision for product and service delivery on properties.
• Holds vendors accountable to Standard Operating Procedures and KPIs.
• Strives to improve service performance and creates initiatives to drive employee satisfaction and engagement.
• Manages external partnered vendors to provide additional services for employees.
• Communicates a clear and consistent message regarding operational goals to produce desired results on a continuous basis.

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in management operations, hospitality, or a related professional area.
• Associate's degree in business administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major.
