Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our clinical team in Reading, PA. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized behavior plans, monitoring student progress, and providing clinical guidance to Behavior Consultants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessment and Intervention: Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of student behavioral strengths and needs, and develop individualized behavior plans to address these needs.
  • Behavioral Support: Provide behavioral consultation hours as indicated in the Individualized Education Plan (IEP), and deliver behavioral support services to students.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Attend and participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team meetings, and other meetings to ensure effective collaboration and communication with stakeholders.
  • Professional Development: Provide clinical supervision to employees pursuing BCBA or BCaBA certification, and review and provide feedback on Positive Behavior Support Plans developed by Behavioral Consultants.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in behavioral therapy, behavioral support, or a related field.
  • Certifications: BCBA or BCaBA certification, or willingness to pursue certification.
